Our 3 Part Special Order/Rain Check Form – Short Version is specifically engineered to help you keep track of all of your special orders and rain checks. The form’s innovative 3 part design integrates the store’s white copy, the customer’s yellow copy and a pink receiving copy with the Top Stub/Master ID. Overall form size is 5-2/3″ x 6-7/16″. The Top Stub/Master ID portion of the form allows you to organize and identify all of your articles. It is file hole punched and has a reinforced mylar strip on the back that allows you to easily and securely attach it to any items using our Tag Tire Wire, or via any other method that you choose. The forms are pre-numbered in 2 positions during production so you need not specify numbering. You will receive the next sequential numbering in stock. 1,000 forms per carton. Sold by the carton.
